This guide provides step-by-step instructions for configuring the Multi-Carrier ShipStation Shipping Rates for WooCommerce. It covers accessing the ShipStation settings, generating and adding API keys, filling out the required “From Address” information, and verifying that shipping rates are correctly displayed during checkout. Follow these steps to seamlessly integrate ShipStation with your WooCommerce store.

Access the ShipStation Settings
- Log in to the admin dashboard of your WooCommerce site.
- Navigate to Shop > Settings > Shipping.
- Locate and click on the ShipStation Shipping tab or link in the Shipping settings.

Generate API Keys in ShipStation
- Log in to your ShipStation account.
- Go to the following page: ShipStation API Settings.
- Generate your V1 API Keys.
- Copy both the API Key and API Secret.

Configure API Keys in WooCommerce
- Return to your WooCommerce admin dashboard.
- In the ShipStation settings under Shop > Settings > Shipping, paste the API Key and API Secret into the respective fields.

Fill Out the “From Address” Block
- On the same ShipStation Shipping settings page in WooCommerce, locate the From Address section.
- Enter the details of your business address, including the name, street address, city, state, and postal code.
- Ensure the information is accurate, as it will be used for shipping rate calculations.

Save Changes
- Scroll to the bottom of the ShipStation Shipping settings page and click Save Changes.

Verify ShipStation Rates
- Once the API keys and “From Address” are configured, ShipStation shipping rates should be available during checkout on your WooCommerce store.
